You will need some help and it is best to ask for the help and know that you have support and a someone who can walk with you.

The healing with energy and meditation will help you to find a stronger alignment within and you can do this while you are exercising your options of physical care and control over those things that take you to extreme. To avoid this illness getting out of hand, it is best to start right away to transform the old self sabotaging into positive healthy habits. Damage from diabetes is problematic and so if you start now to engage in an alignment with the Greater Light within you, then you would be surprised how much easier it is to move towards positive gain! Underlying Emotions and False Beliefs:
There have been “shadows of doubt” cast upon you with regards to your feelings of inner strength and ability to trust within that there is a much greater power inside of you that is in charge. You have survived with the attitude of “doing it all yourself.” You have then rallied up to expend this same energy on situations where others are involved as well which can often dis-empower others as well without realizing it. The hair starts to fall out when one is “pulling one’s hair out” at the dis-empowering thought of not having control over given situations, problems that loved ones are having, life’s issues and challenges that are caused by others impacting upon us, conditions in the world that seem beyond our control and ability to fix, as well as frustrations at the state of life in and around us. Weakness and loss of effective power begins to seep in weakening the body and the hair follicles, as waves of hopelessness comes in from time to time like a tidal wave taking over.

The more stress you are put under, the more the hair falls out and the cycle continues. There will be some work to do around letting go of the control you have always had in the paths between the 1st to 3rd chakra and belly region and permitting the higher power of your throat centre and the Greater Inner Self to shine through.

The throat centre restrictions will need addressing and the strain on the body that can cause headaches as well.

Counsel and Steps to Healing: Knowing that you can be helped is the very first thought to be introduced into your new thought form patterns. Let go of the thought that you must bear this burden alone and hold your own flag high in the process. You will need to let your inner strength come out not in a battle of Will and stressful “thinking” but instead your inner strength will come through with reasonable thought and good reflection. Your soul has a plan and you will need to surrender to the plan by reflecting on life and deciding at what moments do you feel the most natural and healthy? What is it that you do that brings you joy and peace? When are you in the most relaxed state and aligned with the free flowing energy of life? That is what you need to seek.

You will need to spend more time using energy and meditation to draw the power up to your throat centre with deep breathing practices, spiritual healing and perhaps some tai chi or yoga will be helpful. Reflect on your life style and determine if what you do weakens or strengthens you internally. Are you happy doing what you do? Are there some very natural skills and gifts that you are suppressing or not giving enough time to explore? Are you just trying to please others without giving yourself any thought?

Seek the alignment to the Soul Master within you and you will find good counsel. Try meditating for alignment and surrender to the Light of your Soul.

Underlying Emotions and False Beliefs: Depending upon the symptoms and the extreme and degree of pain involved, the approach to helping you to healing yourself can vary.

You would need to look at your life and start to assess where there is peace and where there is not. For example, you would look at your happiness, joy and calmness. Do you find peace in your relationships? home? work? Do you wake up each day with a good feeling or are you dreading what the day will bring? Do you feel satisfied with what you are doing in life?

Your body is reacting to one or several things. You may find that you are feeling much better when you are left to be on your own doing enjoyable activities, creative projects or meditation. But as soon as someone or something starts to invade this time you have you start to get agitated, restless, unhappy and tense. The body will express this through pain from the head, body and often in the abdomen-stomach region.

Contentment is very important and you are likely not speaking up enough and sharing what you are feeling. Most people who get headaches tend to hold their feelings and their tension in to themselves. This is not a good thing. The circulation of energy is getting jammed up at various nodal crossings thus you find yourself in pain. The brain and neck can end up feeling a great deal of pain as the tension builds up, and can become unbearable. Relaxants and pain medicine only masks the underlying cause. You escape for a short period of time only to find it return again later or another day.

Counsel and Steps to Healing: You wish to take charge of your life now and stop putting off what is inevitable. You need to transform and re-create your life with time spent doing what you wish to do. Balance. If you start having more time to be content and fulfilled you will be able to manage the stresses and external conditions that present themselves from others in your life.

Remove yourself from situations where you are the “dumping ground” for the energies from other people and their problems. You are not built to handle everyone else. Start to direct them or guide them to the appropriate places and contacts where they can get what they need so that you have more time for yourself. Try to have an outlet for the emotion you carry. This can be in Nature walking, doing vigorous exercise, swimming, bicycling. Have an outlet.

Remember to do your deep breathing and on the exhale you need to let go of that which you have taken in. If someone is extensively engaged in talking with you then ask for a time out. Let them know when you are going into overload. Create more boundaries. Start planning the day and days ahead. Make sure you are scheduled to have activities for yourself as well even if that means it is a nap or walk. Spend time with family pets and Nature. They can shift you to a very hopeful an uplifting mood.

Your body is so used to pulling in and hurting right up into your head that you must retrain yourself now to “let it out”. The breathing and use of Nature is superb for this. Remember, that except for emergencies, nothing is that important that you can’t pace yourself and take one step at a time. Don’t over load yourself with so much work that you get overwhelmed. Peace and breath are key to this!

Underlying Emotions and False Beliefs: Your emotions can range so very much in you that it’s difficult for you to maintain a place of equilibrium. You can have the greatest love inside of you to give and would give the shirt off your back to a loved one in need but you are also carrying some very difficult emotions that were never processed, thus they are sitting in the heart and arterial system, hardening up and blocking proper flow. This can feel very challenging for you because you find life can be quite unfair and stressful without due reward, while you work long hours trying to make the very best of it too. Where is the balance you ask? The Heart is the centre of your existence just like the Sun is the centre of our Solar system. You are looking for your own centre and think that the answer to your issues is something that is found “out there” in the world. Not true..it is found within you.

Stress, anxiety, mood swings and depression, overwork and poor ebb and flow of joy in your life are at the root causes of the physical symptoms of heart disease. There are also the obvious issues for you to resolve such as excessive stress on your circulation and your heart tissue due to insufficient nutrition in your diet, perhaps unhealthy addictions and poor exercise.

Let’s talk about the ebb and flow of Love in your life. You are to take some quiet time to sit down and assess this question of love. If you are not feeling that you are supported, loved, nurtured and involved in positive daily activities, then you have some changes to make in your life. Start to welcome this mentally and spiritually. When you start with that intention you can begin to magnetically attract this to you. Be open and aware of when life starts to bring you opportunity. Remember not to reject this but instead embrace new energy that brings love. There is no reason for you to suffer and strain in this world when the 1st Principle of LOVE is the basis of your existence.

Counsel and Steps to Healing: The first thing you wish to do is acknowledge a path of self healing, peace and self love. This can be found in you and lived by you…. all the days of your life. It is time for you to start enjoying the balance of Love in your life and you must start looking after your body.

Make sure you get the right amount of rest and that you align with Mother Nature on a daily basis. Take up some quiet projects in addition to those which require more high end exercise and outlay of energy. You need to understand that your adrenals are not to be over-taxed. Proper breath work and some meditation or yoga practice that helps you conserve energy are also indicated.

If love is drained from you to others alone with nothing coming back in, you would naturally feel isolated and depleted, sad and then bitter. A whole host of emotions can cause us to turn away and not trust others. When you welcome love into your life then you attract that which you can trust. You can always trust the Inner voice of guidance and the sacred ground (Nature) upon which you stand. These 2 aspects of you will give you a solid foundation on your path of healing. Connect with the Earth, physical body, breath, Soul’s Light and Universal flow of love with meditation and proper breathing. You can turn your life around!

Asthma

Underlying Emotions and False Beliefs: There is difficulty in finding peace in your environment and a struggle for you to feel a strong sense of “belonging”. This produces insecurity in your root chakra centre or foundation. You tend to have difficulty expressing the deepest truth of your emotions thus struggle to get the breath. The breath is a connection to the Life Force Energy and to the Universal Creator. According to notable authorities, in the beginning of Creation we are all said to be One with the Universe through the sacred breath, yet you are having difficulty aligning to it.

There is deep rooted “heart ache” that has not been defined and expressed that sits upon the upper chest causing tightness. The tears may or may not come often when this area is given healing attention and this only adds to the increased heat/pain when emotion builds up. You are in need of coming to a “oneness” with Nature and the body.

Counsel and Steps to Healing:
Should include reflection upon the feelings and triggers that arise from others and from environmental-social experiences. The visualization of the colour Emerald GREEN is very helpful in the healing process plus a brilliant Royal Blue Sapphire colour that is quite electric-like in appearance with dazzling Blue Light in it. You can imagine or visualize either one of these colours or both flowing into your throat centre where your thyroid is located at the front of the base of your throat as you quietly breathe.

Place your left hand on your heart and your right hand over your thyroid gland and get quiet. Reflect upon the pathways in between the heart and the throat. Imagine that a scene of Blue sky, fresh air and a river or body of water that is moving gently. Breathe quietly to the best of your ability and ask for “Universal Love or the God of your Heart” to join you. This will help you in the healing process and your hands will bring the comforting healing from the Universal Source to your heart and throat chakra centres.

A full training should be undertaken for “diaphragm” breathing and a cycle of Negative/Positive breathing as well with the appropriate time of rest in between. (Start with Guided Meditation for breathing)

Toning: You can try toning the word “Ahhhhhh” with mouth open and jaw relaxed; breathing out. Do this 3x times with a deep breath in between to a comfortable limit.

Underlying Emotions and False Beliefs:  It is with great compassion and understanding that this is written for you.  Depression is very real and not always easily diagnosed.  The underlying emotion is very painful and you feel like you are cut off from any sense of assurance that your life is valuable and important.  The opposite is true but  you can’t hear that when you are in emotional pain and mental anguish.  The crown chakra centre when closed, means that you do not have enough access to your own Divine Light, Source and the Truth and Love within you.   It is imperative that this now changes and you get an opportunity to permanently heal from this state.  The development of the chakra system; especially to the crown is not something we are all taught when young so you would not know the benefits of them being open.  Meditation and Spiritual growth, though more common now in families, may not have been available to you!

Separation from the Soul is a false perception as we can never be separated from it or the Source we call God or Universal Source.  We just “think” that we are separated.  When you start with your meditation program and an energy healing step by step process, you will begin to feel the connection; know the connection.  The results will be most satisfying.

Counsel and Steps to Healing:   To start with, you should speak to a Spiritual counsellor, friend or professional who can enlighten you on the feelings and thoughts you are suffering from.  You will realize that you are NOT alone and that many, many people have this type of problem and when asked, all of them would love to see change in their lives.  Feelings to you are very real and so are your thoughts…you don’t know any other ones.  When introduced to new thoughts, feelings and experiences you will find it first rather surreal and maybe even in need of support to appreciate and understand them.  Once this becomes more a good habit and practice, you can feel yourself strengthen inside…that’s right..inside of you!

7 layer chakra guided meditations are excellent to get the energy bodies developing in you as well as your deep breathing, perhaps even YOGA or other form of spiritual movement or dance.  Once the energy starts moving, it will shift you out the stagnant and repetitive conditions.  New neural pathways must start to be “dug” out to replace the old paradigm; old programs running through your thoughts.  Knowing that you truly are an emanation of the Universal Source of All things and understanding clearly that you can never be separated from the Love and Light of Source may start to bring you some inner peace and reassurance right now.

Underlying Emotions and False Beliefs:  You are finding it very difficult to feel secure and experience a healthy foundation in some of the most necessary aspects of life; home, profession, finances and internal peace.  Somehow throughout life it has been impressed on your mind that the “Key to success and happiness” comes from material security and hard work.  You would tend to then imbalance yourself by investing far too much energy into the physical attachments of life and have left very little energy for the relaxing enjoyment and peace in the heart.

Sooner or later the adrenals are going to get tired and you would run out of steam.  Add to that the stress and worry and you have a formula for an adrenal breakdown.  Mental achievements, success and pursuit of personal projects, job, other people, home, family, kids and not enough energy directed to yourself, leads to quite the imbalance over time and if you are getting older; the bounce back get harder.  When you are younger you feel like you can do anything for all lengths of time but this is temporary and does catch up to you.

Even the heart and circulation is affected by this type of “all out” behaviour so it is especially important to care for yourself and bring ORDER back into your life. Learn to conserve energy.

It is important that I also mention the fact that the symptoms of Chronic Fatigue are often due to residues of a battle you had with a powerful FLU virus.  Usually these are the extreme Type A flu pathogens that attack your immune system and take you out of commission for a lengthy period of time.  The body often never quite gets rid of the virus and it can rise up months and years laters when you are feeling weak and overworked.  To avoid this you must also look at building your immune system with healthy eating, supplements and support from a Naturopath/Homeopath.  These old virus miasms CAN be removed from the body with energy work and physical treatment.

Counsel and Steps to Healing:   First of all you are going to have to create a new schedule that includes more time for yourself and a new attitude about your own importance.  It is not going to work well for your correction if you continue to put others ahead all the time.  Though well understood you have a kind heart, this kindness for others must also include a kindness to yourself too!

Doing a visualization each day that will strengthen as you practice would be helpful Using your imagination, see a strong bream of Light from the Sun (representing your Soul) coming down from above your head….see it coming down through the top into your brain…carrying on down through the back of the neck and down the spine to the tailbone.  Then as you breathe, you can let a calmness disperse naturally down through your legs and into your feet.  Breathe deeply throughout and with purpose.

The more that you create this strong line of energy connection, the more energy you will have from your unlimited Source of the Universe.

Reflect deeply upon the things in life that would bring you comfort, joy and a break from the rushed lifestyle.  Do you like to garden? Ride a bike or motorcycle? horse?  How about just a walk around the block by yourself?  If you can use your imagination, then you can also come up with at least one thing that you can do for yourself.  Many have said they don’t mind even if it is just an hour spent doing a jigsaw puzzle, crossword or video game..as long as it does not over stimulate and you feel relaxed.

Breathing is the most simple and natural act for a human being yet we all seem to struggle to breathe deeply enough.  The adrenals are relying on ENERGY for their own purpose of “fight or flight” and if they are constantly under siege and on alert, they start to draw energy from whatever reserves can be found.  Breathing in the Vital Life Force and prana of the sun each day helps…so too does the deep breathing practice from the “subtle source” we more commonly and lovingly call, the Universal Source of the All.

Adrenal fatigue results after the adrenals have been overworked for a long period of time. The function of the adrenals is largely determined by the nervous system. When the nervous system is in sympathetic mode (fight or flight), which is triggered by a wide variety of stressors, it will cause the adrenals to release cortisol. When we regularly stimulate the adrenals, they will naturally begin to tire after some time. At this point, many individuals turn to stimulating foods and substances such as sugar, simple carbohydrates, coffee, alcohol, and tobacco. This pushes their adrenals to work even when tired. Eventually, even the stimulating substances cease to work because the adrenal glands are exhausted. They require rest and replenishment. As mentioned above it is important to slow down and ensure you are receiving adequate sleep – in particular between the hours of 10pm-6am. Further, it is important to have a diet that includes sufficient amounts of water and is free from the above-mentioned stimulating substances.

For any physical healing to occur, the body needs to have sufficient nutrients. They are essential building blocks, and you can’t heal if you don’t have the basic materials required. Certain nutrients are indicated for helping nourish the adrenals back to health – Vitamin C, B5, B6, magnesium, zinc and L-theanine should all be considered in the case of adrenal fatigue. When a body is weakened by a chronic condition, it may not be able to adequately absorb and assimilate nutrients. Tissue salts are nutrients building blocks, delivered in minute form to maximize absorption and assimilation by the compromised cell/tissue/organ in need of healing. Kali Phos, Mag Phos, and Calc Phos are the three tissue salts that have the greatest affinity for calming an over active nervous system, and thereby help rebalance the underlying cause of adrenal fatigue.

Botanical medicine works synergistically with nutrient cofactors to facilitate the healing process. Herbs that have an affinity for the adrenals include Ashwagandha, Astragalus, Eleuthero, Holy basil, Ginseng, Licorice*, Oat, Rhodiola, Schisandra and Siberian Ginseng. Essential oils are another form of plant-based medicine. Nutmeg assists in regulating both excessive and deficient production of adrenal hormones, while clove, rosemary, and basil specifically assist in recovering from a depleted, exhausted state. Essential oils that have been shown to help alleviate stress (a cause of adrenal fatigue) include lavender, rose, sandalwood, and frankincense.

The greatest strides in physical healing typically occur when protocols combine supplementation of the relevant nutrient cofactors with botanical medicine and at least one energetic modality. Bach flower remedies that are useful in various stages and presentations of adrenal fatigue include Hornbeam, Oak, Olive. Gemmotherapies that are indicated include Black Currant Bud, English Holly, Oak Bud, Giant Sequoia Gigantea. Reflexology and acupuncture are also incredibly effective energetic modalities that can be utilized. A registered acupuncturist or naturopathic doctor can design an acupuncture protocol based on your symptoms and general constitution, but if you wish to add some acupressure into your daily regimen, you can consider applying pressure to KD-1, KD-3, KD-27.

*Licorice can increase blood pressure and therefore should not be taken by anyone who is being treated for high blood pressure or who’s blood pressure is on the upper end of the normal range. It is always best to consult with a naturopathic physician who is trained in the use of both pharmaceutical and botanical medicine.

 

 

Neck Issues – Stiff and sore

Underlying Emotions and False Beliefs: You are determined to be “heard’ and that you are basically “right” so a stubbornness is present in you which can refuse to relinquish itself to other peoples thoughts.   This is not something new though as you would of started out like this in life and gradually built up this resistance in order to survive and make your world “safe”.  Controlling your environment and your world is important to you when you feel vulnerable but also to ensure that you fit in, you have found it necessary to voice a strong will and opinion of your own in the group!

The challenge with this manner of living and thinking, is that it cuts you off from internal inspiration and access to the spiritual world within you.  When you do get ideas from within or suggestions from another, you are more likely to express a reason why they won’t work and wind up not pursuing it.  It you do pursue the idea and it doesn’t work, then you can deflect blame and responsibility elsewhere.  The throat and neck is considered to be the higher Mind and Will of the Soul that governs over your own evolving Ego intellect and Ego will; if we allow it too.  The Ego needs to get out of the way of the governing Mind and Will with a malleable and fluidic grace of receiving.

The emotional false beliefs often found in the stiff neck and throat difficulties are fear and insecurity.  When you do your projects and jobs it is often with a powerful drive and “I’ll do it” attitude, that may not always welcome another person to your side of the equation without an itching to control the project in some way or do things your way only.

Counsel and Steps to Healing:   Your world can be a very safe and exciting place to explore without concern of feeling vulnerable or insecure.  Start to hear the words of those who praise you and your gifts and make note of what your positive qualities are.  As you get more and more comfortable with that which you enjoy, and are eager to become even more efficient at, you can focus more of your time and energy developing it.  Be open to further ideas and stimulating impressions of thought when meditating or reflecting on future advancements in your gift and skill.  Dream BIG!  Ask others you trust how you can develop your own personal expression and start to research and network around on it.

Learn to accept life’s limitations if imposed upon you by others that are currently seen as adverse to you and instead focus and act on what you CAN do.  As you grow in what you CAN do you may be surprised to learn that what you originally thought was blocked to you, starts to open up.  Believe in yourself and be kind and open to accept that there are some great ideas to be explored when offered.  Learn to listen as well.  Listen to those with experience but also listen to those who offer a timely observation and sharing.

Practice yoga postures that help the upper back and neck or engage in physical exercises that gently stretch your neck muscles and upper back/shoulders. Sometimes swimming is beneficial.

Meditation can open a whole new world to you and when you begin with the imagination you can grow from there to create solid and direct lines of communication with your Inner Self; the Master within.

Underlying Emotions and False Beliefs:   The spleen is a major part of your lymphatic system and immune function.  It acts as a blood filter performing the role of ensuring the old red blood cells are transformed and that your fighter cells (white cells) are ready and able to go out and fight infection in your body.  This is a chakra centre (minor) that draws in the prana and vital life force from the sun and keeps a wonderful revitalization circulating daily.

Its emotional and mental assignment is to keep you clear in processing life’s experiences daily and helping you to not get pulled into the distractions and attachments of the material world.  The material world and its  astral counterpart is filled with many distractions and demands for our attention that attack us psychologically and psychically; even mentally on television, movies, billboards and gossip throughout the community and continuous involvement with the dramas of the human race.  You do not wish to become infected by these experiences otherwise you end up with bad dreams and a dirtied astral body yourself.  The spleen processes these things for you and helps you to steer clear of them.

When you allow yourself to get overly obsessed or drawn into the theatre and drama of life on many levels, you make yourself sick by having too many pathogens entering your energy field and your body.  The immune system will work hard to remove pathogens from the physical body but you also need to purify your lower mind and emotions from the daily exercise of living.

The spleen chakra centre and its physical organ named after it, requires a continuous flow of higher thoughts, emotion and prana/chi through breathing.  Make it a daily choice of going outside each day as weather permits and enjoy nature!  Let the vitality of the sun come into your body through the breath and feel the earth under your feet when you walk.  Enjoy this.

The prana you breathe will naturally cleanse your spleen chakra and your physical spleen.  Use what vitamin and mineral supplements you need to boost your immune system, if necessary, and eat plenty of immune building foods.  You need to know that you are not a physical body alone and one who keeps their eyes focused only on the ground.  Sometimes you need to look up and lift up to the subtle finer thoughts and reflections of life!  The spleen will respond very well when you get out of the rut and stagnation of the continuous wheel of karma and the repetitive old programming that you are living.  Choose life and new experiences that are of a refined nature.

Underlying Emotions and False Beliefs:  Your intense emotions are built up and are spilling into the excretory path of the water element of your body which is the urine.  If the emotions become too overwhelming and too much to process, plus they are not expressed well, a “back up” occurs causing a stagnation of emotions in the urinary tract.  With this comes a pooling and environment that can breed bacteria thus an infectious state occurs.  You will need to explore your emotions and reflect on whether or not you are feeling some anger, bitterness or resentment towards a partner or close friend as well.

Women will often develop cystitis in their younger years during sexual relationships and marriage.  Often there is confusion around a balanced, healthy sex life and the young female may be engaging in sexual intercourse more often than her body is able to manage thus exposing genital and urethra opening to greater possibility of contacting bacteria.  The area is susceptible to bacteria build up and can quickly accelerate to a UTI.  Also for females, hygiene is exceptionally important to prevent UTI.

In order to keep balance of emotions in sexual relationships, partners can and should speak more openly about the libido and how a healthy balance can be maintained.

Whether you are a man or a woman experiencing the painful and upsetting symptoms of Urinary Tract Infection, the underlying emotions are clear:  anger and resentment.  If you find it easy to journal your feelings first to sort them up then that may be the better approach to take until such time as you feel comfortable in sharing.

If you find that you are not particular upset with just one person but life in general, the same rule applies.  Start to write these feelings down and let them out on paper rather than holding them inside of your body.

Strong personal feelings and intense emotions should be processed through the proper channels of thinking and reflecting before speaking and sharing.  If you get to the reason you are feeling so upset and angry, you can formulate a suitable manner of delivering this verbally so that you can go to the next level of resolve.

A health body free of built up resentment and intense emotion is something we should all strive for.  If you are finding it difficult to start, you can always consult a professional or a close friend on how to discuss and share what you are feeling inside.

Journalling is good because it lets you get things down on paper where you can reason out what you are writing.  As you go through the process you may find that clarity comes forth from the exercise.

In addition to your processing of emotions through the water body (water = emotions), be sure to drink plenty of water as well.  Your body needs water to remove impurities and toxins from its system.  If you doctor has you on antibiotics or if you are choosing a natural remedy involving pure cranberry juice or the extract of cranberry, plus probiotics, you still need to have a diet that includes healthy amounts of water daily.

Try not to be too discouraged if you find recurring episodes of UTI.  The symptoms are the result of your physical and emotional body trying to tell you something.  Pay attention to your feelings and be honest with yourself if you are truly angry and upset about something.  It is best to face this upset and move past it now.  This too shall pass!

If you tune into your body and your own feelings, you will find that there is an overwhelming sense of burden upon you; your whole body.  The energy is often cumbersome and you need to use a lot of energy and effort to get yourself going.  Your heart centre is generous and sends out positive vibrations but their is a sadness in your eyes. You are asking life; for someone, to come and take a load off of your shoulders.  The circulation of your vital life force is slowed down throughout the legs and your “energy” pump of the heart, adrenals and energy kundalini together with the breath, struggles.  You are in search of strong support and a gentle hand upon the back of your heart.  Life can seem quite the struggle and you are asking yourself the question, “Why?” a lot.

Counsel and Steps to Healing:   Start asking for help…learn to ask and learn to accept.  That is one of the most important issues here.  As you open to receive more from life you will be surprised how much more energy you will have.  While deep breathing exercises and circulation treatments your family doctor gives you are good, it would add extra bonus to your life to ensure you give yourself time OFF your feet as well.  Whether that means putting your feet up  periodically throughout the day where possible or at the end of the day when you get home, it will benefit you.

Have you every tried the “bicycle” exercise?  Ask your physician if you are permitted to do that.  Depending upon their answer and your comfort level and whether you need help with this or not, you can lay on your back and lift your hips and legs into the air and pretend you are riding and pedaling a bicycle upside down!  Some people only do this for a few minutes which is fine.  It gives the legs a chance to flow energy back up to the heart for a re-circulation.  If your family doctor approves, you can ask him or her to direct you on duration of time performing this exercise.

Some of the very valuable affirmations for your treatment are about the heart and your feelings regarding your life.  Be open to receive help, to heal and affirm that you are worthy to have great support and a network of people who love you!  Affirm that you “circulate” vital life force and love very well in your life with others.  Then look at your own body with compassion and love, affirming that you circulate your own vital life force within your body nurturing every cell.

Breathe and accept the love in your heart and feel that love circulating all the way through you; right down into the legs and feet and back up to the heart again.   From the heart the circulation moves up to top of the head and then back down through the heart again on it’s healthy cycle throughout the body!

It is not easy to look at oneself and realize that you may be holding within you a fierce pride, anger and inability to relinquish control to another.  Why?  More often than not you are used to doing things your way and have found others incapable of doing it the way you want be it a profession, game, project or just simple everyday activities.  You find it easier to just “do it yourself” rather than have to explain or teach another.

What often arises from this type of continued practice is a criticism towards others and a condemning manner about just who they are and what they represent to you.  Bitterness can seep into your consciousness more and more with the result being “hardened” thoughts as stones building up inside of your gallbladder.  You say you are often “sick of people” and “sick and tired” of the way life has been for you in relationship to others and their own ways.    You find yourself to be kind and loving and generous, yet others you find fault in.

Whether you end up with sarcastic or judgmental thoughts to others, they will turn to stone.

It is best to review these attitudes and even if you say that you “used to be like but are not anymore”, the body holds memory and will only translate to the physical expression from the emotions and thoughts that it holds within it.  You will need to release these old thoughts and emotions from the body.

Counsel and Steps to Healing:  Clean slate time!  It’s good for you to review your feelings and thoughts towards self and others over your life and see if you can relate to the emotions and thoughts discussed above.  If you can begin to pinpoint just where you find this to have been practiced more in life, you will get to the origin of the illness in the body.

When in doubt , you can ask your own body. Put your right hand over your gall bladder region and ask it why it is so angry?  See what images and thoughts come to you from this.  The body is very willing to let go of this unnatural state of ill health and restore itself back to a state of homeostasis.

You may be surprised at just where you hold bitterness and resentment and why.  Once even partially discovered you can get on the road to happiness and good health  If necessary, you may need to engage in a gallstone detox regime which is available through your Naturopath.  It is using the food substances of olive oil and other flushing liquids so be prepared to have time at home to do this over the consecutive days allotted.  Have supervision and counsel from the physician before undertaking this gall stone flush.

You will have to deal with the physical stones themselves in this manner or by direction of your family doctor.  However, YOU will need to deal with the underlying issues so that the stones do not return.  Liver detox and gall bladder detoxing is very good yes, but you are to explore the nature and origin of your emotional intensity and attitude.

You will then clearly come to discover that this is not the way you wish to be.  Love and gentleness will be something you crave and will seek.  Once you start reading positive affirmations and doing your own trigger and release meditations, you will be happy to let go of the old ways and embrace the new.  First thing to do is to accept that there has been this emotional build up and that you are willing to let things go.  Control should begin to balance with surrender to your Higher Self and a willingness to let others learn the same.  Be kind and fair to others as they too are challenged to find their own paths in life.  Remember..you can’t do it all.  We are a team of human beings on this planet and you need to allow people into your life to participate with you in this incredible journey of the Universal expression.

Loss of power (energy) and the moon energies (emotions) have given you periods of depression and  emotional challenges.  There are underlying conditions of fear and insecurity around being a father and being responsible for the life of another soul.  This can be buried quite deep and you are likely surprised to hear this.  This could be referred to as intermittent apprehension as well.  When the cold fear energy strikes, it targets the root chakra and thus the adrenals and gonads.

Let’s look at the insecurities and emotional challenges you have been harbouring certainly since being a young child.  The power in the seat of the dragon fire ( kundalini) in the root to sacral path which affects the sexual / reproductive virility, has not been properly permitted to develop due to overshadowing male energies in the environment and/or lack of male support and mentoring.  The confusion in you then as a little boy and as to how/where you fit in especially in family and community, was not well defined.

Counsel and Steps to Healing: 

Reassurances and development of one’s own worth and power as a man…needs to be shared with the partner. If the woman is particular strong there can be difficulty as well as there is a silent competition between the strong male side of the woman and the male expression found within you.  The male within you will step back to the woman’s overly strong male side as it will choose not to compete.

You need to have space to increase your male energy and vital life force whilst the woman partner should be focused on her own receptive energies and the qualities associated with her own gender.  You would be striving for a larger percentage of active male energy and strength with less but still very important passive/reflective female energy intelligence in you as well. Your partner would be striving for the opposite thus making the 2 of you a beautiful fit. Reflect on how your male qualities and your female qualities and determine just how this is currently being exercised. Do you need more reflective and creative time?

Reflect on just what being a man means to you and how that feels in your body.  You may not have been taught and mentored growing up and perhaps you are now reflecting on your father and grandfather ‘s characteristic as well.  It is good to reflect and assess these things, though it is not good to dwell on them as the reasons for your own issues.  This can cause you to feel that you should then blame them.  That’s not healthy. You can surpass the family issues and thrive.  Find your own inner strength and appreciate that you are unique.  Identify that which you wish to do in this life and work towards it.  Surround yourself with those people who support your dreams and goals and encourage you!

You will need to evaluate your diet and ensure abstinence from any alcohol and social drugs like marijuana as well.  Engage in deep breathing practice with meditation and also it is vitally important to do meditations and reflections that release your feelings of unworthiness and shame.  You are worthy and you will be a great father!  You need to learn how like everyone else.  Study parenting books, reflect on the fact that what you would be doing to help your child grow in a healthy and successful person will be coming right from your heart! With such love inside of you, open your heart chakra and know that you CAN attract a Soul wishing to incarnate on earth and be honoured to have you as his or her father!

 Underlying Emotions and False Beliefs:

When someone is experiencing fear of failure, trauma from being suddenly ridiculed or being openly criticized before others….it is said that “One’s KIDNEYS go cold”.  This is true and your kidneys begin to struggle to keep the water balance in your body and you can experience many symptoms including a cold sweat, abdominal pain, dizziness, urgency to urinate, and trembling.

Somewhere in your past you have been up against this type of scenario that has locked itself as memory into the cellular make up of the kidney function.  This can worsen and deepen over time even though you are managing mentally to override the fears.  The emotions do not get released and they build in the kidneys.

Most kidney stones are made of calcium.  The kidneys often build up to such a point of emotional energy reaction and concretized emotion, that stones soon begin to form and the mineral calcium which should be used by the body to build bones and a solid foundation, become dispersed and off track.  The calcium is not permitted by the body to build a foundation because the emotional trauma is pulling it away from being able to do that.  One feels ungrounded and unable to have a good healthy foundation.  The fear over takes the physical Intelligence of the calcium’s duty and sends it off to collect as fear in the kidneys forming a stone.

Counsel and Steps to Healing:  It is very helpful to have a look at the times as a child when you were placed in these uncomfortable and often frightening situations.  Be objective and understand that you are the “adult” now looking at these things.  Handle this approach to these matters with love; self love.

The triggers and experiences from others can be turned around now and transformed to power in the root and confidence in your own self expression.  Being clear on what it is you do enjoy in life and what you desire to express is necessary.  You can start this road to recovery by realizing that the false beliefs placed as seed thoughts in YOUR mind by others come from their own sense of insecurity; their own personal fears and these were directed to you.

Start to own what you do have budding skill in and blossoming gifts in.  Embrace what you do have; not what you fear you don’t.  The root chakra healing and the warmth and love you send to the kidneys will be very helpful.  You will also remember the importance of having plenty of water in your daily diet and healthy mineral and vitamin containing foods.

Focus on your foundation.  Your home, job, financial building…all those necessary activities that lead to a good solid and secure base.  From there you expand.  Invest time and energy into that which you love most and only listen to the intuition and insights that come from your Inner Self in meditation to guide you on these inspirations.  Trust that you really DO have access to Truth within.  Accept only encouragement and avoid those who are negative and critical.  Remember that you are recreating your life; your world.  Make it beautiful.

Be forgiving to those who brought shadows of illusion to your world…and instead recognize these shadows for what they are.  You are not to ever feel trapped in the shadows of illusion.  Break free from this by breaking down the false belief.  Build your alignment to the Inner Divine Self through your yoga, meditation, prayers and nature.  All of these activities will bring you a greater sense of peace and self worth overcoming the fears of your old paradigm.
